Cabinet Construction





Cabinet face frames are ¾" solid wood. Front rails are pocket drilled and assembled with 1¼" screws for rugged durability.

Side panels are ½" plywood with matching exterior laminate, glued and stapled in a ½" dado in the cabinet’s front frame.

Back panels are vinyl-covered (inside only) ½" plywood, glued and nailed in a ½" dado and stapled to the cabinet top and bottom.

Wall cabinets have adjustable ¾" plywood shelves with bull-nosed, foil-covered front edges. The shelves are held in place with self-locking ¼" diameter clips on the sides.

Base cabinets have adjustable ¾" plywood half-depth shelves with bull-nosed, foil-covered front edges. The shelves are held in place with self-locking ¼" diameter clips on the sides.

All-wood ¾" corner blocks are installed on all corners. Drawers feature 5/8" solid wood with dovetail construction and clear finish.

Drawer bottoms are ¼" plywood in a dado into drawer sides. All drawers (including pull-outs) are rated for 75 lbs.

Wolf Classic cabinets feature USA-made Grass Drawer Glides. Saginaw uses side-mount, standard epoxy glides. Dartmouth, Hudson and York use full-extension, undermount, soft-close glides.
